We had a fantastic birthday getaway at this hotel, with friendly staff and a comfortable atmosphere. The animation team really made our stay enjoyable, and while the dining options were diverse, some food wasn't always served hot. The waterpark was a highlight, but some pool issues and a few minor service hiccups kept us from giving it top marks.

My stay at the hotel was quite a mix of experiences. On the positive side, the staff was exceptionally helpful and courteous, making sure we felt welcomed throughout our stay. The entertainment team went above and beyond to engage everyone in activities, creating a lively atmosphere. However, the rooms could use some soundproofing as we had a rather restless night due to noise in the corridors. While the food options were decent, I wished for more vegetarian choices. Overall, this hotel has a lot to offer, but there are definitely areas that could improve.
